The Client of transmission services, which has been allocated capacity for an annual, quarterly or monthly period, has the right to transfer the right of access to such capacity in full or in part for a period which is a multiple of the gas month to another Client of transmission services after agreement with the gas transmission system operator.

To do this, Client shall provide the Operator with a completed application for the alienation / acquisition of the right to use the capacity not later than 5 working days before the date of the scheduled start of the right to use the capacity.
