ECRB code is a unique identifier assigned to a wholesale energy market participant by the NEURC as a result of its registration as a wholesale energy market participant.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 9¹ of the Law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market”, only persons who are registered as wholesale energy market participants in accordance with the procedure approved by the Regulator shall be entitled to carry out transactions with wholesale energy products.
