To become a participant in the capacity allocation auction at the interconnection points, it is necessary:

• To have a Standard Agreement for natural gas transportation concluded with the OGTSU, including the latest amendments to the NEURC;
• Not to have an overdue debt to the OGTSU for previously provided services;
• Be registered on the GSA auction platform in the status of Shipper or on the RBP auction platform in the state of Network User.
