To conclude the contract, a participant provides:

• the original application to join (Annex 1 EN) the contract on the provision of data transfer services by electronic signature in p7s format to the email address [email protected] or in paper form to the address 03065, Kyiv, 44 Lubomyra Huzara Avenue
• a scanned copy of documents confirming the authority of persons to perform transactions to the e-mail address [email protected]

Connection to the Data Transfer Platform 

To connect to the Platform, a participant provides by electronic signature in p7s format to the e-mail address [email protected] or in paper form to the address 03065 Kyiv, 44 Lyubomyr Huzara Avenue:

• Notice for creating a user іn accordance with the form of Annex 2 to the Contract (Annex 2 EN)

• Power of attorney for the right to access the platform for authorized persons in the form of Annex 4 (Annex 4 EN) to the Contract (for subordinates) and/or Letter of registration of the executive’s electronic signature in the form of Annex 3 (Annex 3 EN) to the Contract (for an executive)

Ordering access to the platform for a month 

1. After concluding the contract, send the Service Order (Order EN) with an electronic signature in p7s format to the email address [email protected]

2. Pay the invoice (Invoice EN) by specifying the service code 702MMPP, where MM is the number of the month from 01 to 12, PP is the last two digits of the year from 24 to 99 (Invoice)

The price of the access service to the data transfer platform (per month) for 2025 for residents is UAH 4,000.00 without VAT (four thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks), VAT – UAH 800.00, total including VAT – UAH 4,800.00.

The price of the access service to the data transfer platform (per month) for 2025 for non-residents is 111 euros (one hundred and eleven euros).

The price of the access service to the data transfer platform (per month) for 2024 for residents is UAH 4,000.00 without VAT (four thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks), VAT – UAH 800.00, total including VAT – UAH 4,800.00.

The price of the access service to the data transfer platform (per month) for 2024 for non-residents is 111 euros (one hundred and eleven euros).

Submission of information on behalf of a counterparty under a business and trade transaction

A wholesale energy market participant (hereinafter: the Agent) may provide information on carried out business and trade transactions on behalf of another participant who is a counterparty under a business and trade transaction (hereinafter: the Beneficiary).

To do this, documents with an electronic signature in p7s format are sent to the email address [email protected] or in paper form to the address 03065 m. Kyiv, 44 Liubomyra Huzara Avenue:

By the Agent:

• Application on submission by the Customer (Agent) of information on behalf of another wholesale energy market participant (Beneficiary) of business and trade transactions related to wholesale energy products in the natural gas market in the form of Annex 3-A to the Agreement (Annex 3-A EN)

By the Beneficiary:

• Application of the wholesale energy market participant (Beneficiary) on submission by the Agent of information on business and trade transactions performed by the Beneficiary related to wholesale energy products in the natural gas market in the form of Annex 3-B to the Agreement (Annex 3-B EN)
• Power of Attorney of the authorized person of the Beneficiary in the form of Annex 4-A to the Agreement (Annex 4-A EN)

To avoid negative security risks and as part of the “know-your-client” (KYC) procedure, the Beneficiary should provide the following documents (in case there are contractual relations between a person of a Beneficiary and LLC Gas TSO of Ukraine, for example, a natural gas transport contract has been concluded, the submission of the following documents is not mandatory):

• A scanned copy of a charter of a counterparty, certified by an authorized person of an enterprise;
• A scanned copy of a description to a charter (a description of documents submitted by a legal entity to a state registrar for the registration action “State registration of changes to the constituent documents of a legal entity”)
• A scanned copy of an order on the appointment of an executive of a counterparty, certified by an authorized person of an enterprise;
• A scanned copy of minutes of the meeting of founders on the appointment of an executive of a counterparty, certified by an authorized person of an enterprise;
• Certified scanned copies of documents for signature verification;
• A scanned copy of a Power of Attorney of a signatory, network user.
