For the attention of Network Users who submit nominations/renominations at Interconnection Points, we would like to inform that starting from August 1, 2020 in the template for submission of nominations/renominations it becomes obligatory to indicate the number of a periodic customs declaration, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 3 Section IV of the GTS Code of Ukraine and with a purpose to meet the requirements of the current legislation on the movement of natural gas across the customs border of Ukraine by means of pipelines according to the selected customs regime.

All nominations/renominations submitted without proper indication of the number of the periodic customs declaration will become subject for rejection due to non-compliance with the requirements specified in paragraph 14 Chapter I Section IX.
