GTSOU is pleased to announce the establishment of its Executive Board – a collegial executive body aimed at enhancing corporate governance practices within the organization.

Following a thorough review and deliberation, the GTSOU Supervisory Board has finalized the composition of the Executive Board. The Board is entrusted with the vital responsibility of overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations according to the highest standards of corporate governance. The establishment of the Executive Board complies with the provisions outlined in the GTSOU Charter duly endorsed by regulatory bodies including NEURC and Energy Community Secretariat.

The first meeting of the newly established Executive Board convened on June 6th, 2024. The distinguished members of the Executive Board include:

• Dmytro Lyppa: General Director
• Vladyslav Medvediev: Chief Operating Officer
• Oleksandr Tymofieiev: Investments and Development Director
