Following the submission of a statement on early termination of powers by Dmytro Lyppa, General Director of LLC “Gas TSO of Ukraine”, effective April 10, the duties of the General Director will be temporarily executed by Vladyslav Medvediev, Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer. This arrangement will remain in place until the competitive selection process is completed in accordance with the procedures established by the Supervisory Board.

Such a decision was approved by the Supervisory Board of LLC “Gas TSO of Ukraine” at the meeting held on April 4 at one of the Company’s production facilities, in order to ensure the business continuity of the Company and to maintain the operational capability of its executive body (the Board of Directors).

In addition, on April 10, 2025, the Supervisory Board of LLC “Gas TSO of Ukraine” elected Borys Lyubich, Chief Procurement Officer, to the Board of Directors through a corresponding decision made by the Supervisory Board.

Background information:
Vladyslav Medvediev has been with GTSOU since October of 2020, taking up the position of Director on Transformation and Operational Efficiency. Since June 2024 he has held the position of Chief Operating Officer and has been a member of the Board of Directors. Before 2020, Vladyslav Medvediev held various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), specifically being responsible for cooperation with the clients from Oil&Gas sector. He holds a master’s degree in Economics, and graduated with honours from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
