Gas TSO of Ukraine contributed UAH 12 billion in tax payments and UAH 5.6 billion in dividends to the state budget in 2024.
In particular, income tax amounted to UAH 4.2 billion and value added tax to UAH 5.9 billion. Other taxes such as (unified social tax, personal income tax and military levy) totaled UAH 1.9 billion. GTSOU’s dividend payment of UAH 5.6 billion marked a historical high for the first time.
Therefore, the total amount of GTSOU’s contributions to the state budget amounted to nearly UAH 18 billion.
“The financial results of GTSOU for 2024 demonstrate the company’s significant contribution to the state’s economic stability. Our work allowed us to pay substantial dividends to the state budget for the first time in the company’s history and systematically support the security and defense forces of Ukraine, enhancing their combat capability,” said Dmytro Lyppa, General Director of the Gas TSO of Ukraine.
“The Company has no overdue accounts payable, and all advance payments to suppliers and contractors are secured by bank guarantees. It should also be noted that over the previous year, GTSOU maintained financial stability and a sufficient level of liquidity,” said Vitaliy Romansky, Chief Financial Officer of GTSOU.
In December 2024, the Ukrainian GTS Operator was included in the List of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation, also known as the White Taxpayer Club. This decision was made by the State Tax Service of Ukraine, after assessing GTSOU’s compliance with the requirements and legislation criteria.
