Net profit of GTSOU in 2024 approaches 3 billion UAH

The Supervisory Board of LLC “Gas TSO of Ukraine” recommended the General Meeting (Ministry of Energy) to approve the annual financial statement for 2024 at its regular meeting held on April 4 at one of the Company’s facilities located in the Lviv region.

GTSOU reported a net profit of 2.8 billion UAH in 2024, based on their financial statement. The Company submitted a proposal to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine to allocate 75% of the net income, specifically 2.1 billion UAH, to pay dividends to the Ukrainian state budget.

“Despite the termination of natural gas transit, which significantly impacted on the impairment of the Сompany’s assets at the end of the reporting year, the Company made a profit of almost 3 billion UAH and is prepared to pay substantial dividends to the state budget. This is the contribution and dedication of the entire GTSOU team in strengthening our national defense capability,” stated Dmytro Lyppa, General Director of the Gas TSO of Ukraine.

A mandatory audit of GTSOU has been conducted by an independent audit company Crowe Erfolg Ukraine. The audit resulted in an unqualified audit opinion.

The auditor’s report confirms that “the Company’s financial statement for 2024 presents fairly, in all material aspects of the GTSOU’s financial condition as of December 31, 2024. Additionally, the financial performance and cash flows for the year ended on that date are in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards and comply with legislative requirements regarding their preparation.”

“It is important to remind that the financial statements of the Сompany for the years 2020-2023 have also received unqualified audit opinion from the auditors,” stated Vitaliy Romansky, Chief Financial Officer of GTSOU.
