December 3, 2020, Kyiv  – At the request of LLC Gas TSO of Ukraine JSB “Ukrgasbank” confirmed the procedure for processing electronic settlement documents in the “23 hours a day seven days per week” mode between banking institutions participating in the Electronic Payment System (EPS) of the National Bank of Ukraine . Thus, customers of OGTSU can renew their financial securities and make the necessary calculations in the “23/7” mode by means of banking system.

Currently, the system of JSB “Ukrgasbank” is available for processing interbank transfers in the period from 00:00 to 23:00 daily. This mode of operation allows traders to quickly respond to deviations of nominations and make the necessary calculations throughout the day.

“We asked JSB”Ukrgasbank”to confirm the mode of operation, which allows OGTSU  customers to make payments in the system almost round-the-clock. According to the information provided, currently our clients have no restrictions regarding replenishment of financial securities and making the necessary calculations for effective management of their portfolio. Thus, quarantine restrictions concerning the work of banks do not affect the procedure for settlements with OGTSU for services provided”, – said Commercial Director of LLC Gas TSO of Ukraine Yevhen Todorov.

It should be noted that EPS of the National Bank of Ukraine has switched to extended regulations on August 3, 2020. This implies the availability of the system for interbank payments 23 hours a day, 7 days a week (23/7). Execution by banks of interbank transfer of funds through EPS in the 23/7 mode is a voluntary option. At the request of OGTSU, JSB “Ukrgasbank” confirmed the decision to implement such regulations in their institution.
