The GTSOU team successfully developed new IT services for the purposes of providing data transfer services and publicizing (disclosing) inside information and acquired the statuses of administrators of data transfer and inside information platforms by including the Company in the relevant NEURC Registers.

Therefore, LLC Gas TSO of Ukraine has fulfilled the requirements of the REMIT Law regarding ensuring activities of administrators of data transfer and inside information platforms and is ready to work in a new market – the market of data transfer services and the publication (disclosure) of inside information on the relevant platform.

“LLC Gas TSO of Ukraine is ready to cooperate with wholesale energy market participants and is ready to provide its services for data transfer and disclosure of inside information on the relevant platform. For us, this is a new market, where we now act not as a natural monopoly, but as a participant who needs to successfully compete and offer our services. In addition, the implementation of the REMIT Law is one of the European integration requirements, and in this part, the natural gas market of Ukraine has become closer to the natural gas market of the European Union. The Company coped with new challenges and demonstrated its strategic economic and social significance, since the REMIT requirements are primarily about transparency and integrity in the natural gas market, and therefore fairness for consumers and other market entities. Also, the GTSOU team held training meetings with wholesale energy market participants, in which more than 650 participants took part in total. The approach to the meeting was chosen to be as transparent as possible: participation without registration and the absence of any technical obstacles during the Q&A part. This approach has shown its effectiveness and ensured a transparent, open and honest discussion of issues related to the functioning of new GTSOU platforms.
