The section is created to promote general awareness of matters related to REMIT, where GTSOU publishes the available clarifications of the Regulator on matters of application of acts in the REMIT field.
We also invite other market participants to post available clarifications from the Regulator on REMIT issues in this section. To do this, please send a scanned copy of the explanation to the e-mail address iplatforma@tsoua.com with the text: “NEURC Clarifications – for publication on the GTSOU website”.
We believe that such an approach will contribute to the market’s understanding of the provisions of the secondary legislation in the field of REMIT and will help build an honest and transparent energy market in Ukraine.

At the same time, we note that requests for clarifications received from wholesale energy market participants or other persons, sent to the Regulator, and responses provided by the Regulator to such requests, will be considered by LLC Gas TSO of Ukraine as not containing information with limited access (trade secrets, confidential information, etc.) or you have given permission to disclose (transfer) such information. The received documents (clarifications) will be published without making any adjustments. In this case, please pay attention to the contents of the documents before sending them to us.
In addition, we should note that LLC Gas TSO of Ukraine does not provide explanations regarding the application of legal acts and does not have the corresponding rights and/or powers.
