To establish a balancing group, a network user, which is the party responsible for the daily imbalance of the group, requests to the gas transmission system operator to establish a balancing group in accordance with an established template published on the TSO’s website. Such a request may be submitted no later than five calendar days before the date on which the balancing group is established.

Together with the request, such network user shall provide one copy of the concluded agreement on establishment of balancing group. The agreement shall be signed by all members of the balancing group, except in the case of concluding this agreement in the form of an accession agreement.
