Gas TSO of Ukraine has joined the European Business Association for sharing best practices in professional environment and defending the interests of the Ukrainian gas market at the state and European levels.
GTSOU is a key market company and is conscious of its responsibility. Accordingly, the company’s representatives highly appreciate the platforms for professional discussions that take into account the opinions of all market players.
The membership in the Association gives the participants an opportunity to exchange information about their activities, conduct mutual consultations, involve representatives of the authorities into discussions, and participate in the law-making process.
“We are delighted to join the business environment, which professes European values and is committed to act according to European standards. Members of the Association constantly hold profile discussions devoted to problems, trends and weak points in the market functioning; develop solutions and actively engage themselves in elaboration of legal acts, including those in the area of energy regulation. We look forward to fruitful cooperation in joint efforts to achieve the best conditions for the Ukrainian gas market”, said Olga Bielkova, Director on Government and International Affairs of GTSOU.
The European Business Association was established in 1999 with the support of the European Commission in Ukraine. Since then more than 1000 Ukrainian companies have become its members,
striving together to address the issues important for the investment climate of Ukraine and to improve it for the benefit of the industry, society, economy and the entire country. The Association is one of the largest and most influential business communities in Ukraine.
