German Transmission Grid Operator Open Grid Europe donated three vehicles to Ukraine

Transport vehicles are one of the constant and urgent needs of volunteers, medics, military administrations, and Armed and Territorial Defence Forces.

GTSOU has already provided 276 vehicles from its fleet for the army’s needs. However, we did not stop there. GTSOU applied to our colleagues, the German Transmission Grid Operator  OGE (Open Grid Europe), with a request to help the Ukrainian people.

The German operator responded to our request. After a complicated and lengthy process of processing all the necessary documentation, we are happy to report good news – three vehicles have already been handed over for the needs of the regional military administrations (RMA).

Man Nutzfahrzeuge and Volkswagen Transporter were sent to Bakhmut RMA, another Volkswagen Transporter to Kharkiv RMA for carrying out humanitarian missions.

“We have managed to focus not only on production issues but also on cooperation and effective involvement of our international partners in a format unusual for us. A friend in need is a friend indeed. We are glad that our partners responded so quickly and provided their assistance for the needs of Ukrainians,” said Olga Bielkova, Director of Government and International Affairs of GTSOU.

We thank Open Grid Europe for their care and support of Ukrainians. Also, we would like to express our appreciation to the team of Gas TSO of Ukraine – Yevhen Fernebok and Anton Lazarevych – for the dedication with which they work to attract assistance to Ukraine from international partners.

Together to victory. Everything will be Ukraine!
