The operator of the GTS of Ukraine (GTSOU) updated three transactions for customers of transmission services on the Information Platform – “Submission of nominations”, “Electronic Office” and “Review Personal Data”, and also conducted online training on the new functionality for several hundred customers.

On March 11 of 2024, the appearance (interface) of “Submission of nominations” transaction was updated. Now the elements of the nomination/renomination projects are grouped into specific routes. All changes are described in details in the updated instructions.

In the “Review Personal Data” transaction it’s possible to register or make changes to the authorized person data in electronic form (clause 19.4 of the Natural Gas Transportation Agreement), check the availability of an ECRB code or apply for its registration. As a reminder, the ECRB code is a unique identifier assigned by the NCRECP to a registered participant of the wholesale energy market.

“We continue to improve the Information Platform so that it not only meets the requirements of the applicable law and the market, but is also convenient and intuitive for the user. We regularly survey customers about our services being provided and look for opportunities to fulfil the clients’ expectations. One of these opportunities is to simplify the client’s operation on the Information Platform,” said Vira Priymak, Deputy Head of Service Realization Devision.

Reminding you that in 2023 GTSOU provided a questionnaire for customers of transmission services. Based on the results of the questionnaire, clarifications were provided to clients, a number of user instructions were updated and the process of simplifying the nomination submission was initiated.
